The Wizard of OzJunior Company, 21–23 June 2007, Bridge House Theatre, WarwickSynopsis: Following the sell out success of Annie – the musical in 2006, the Spa Theatre Company’s youth theatre staged a vivid and lively production of one of the 20th century’s most well known and best loved stories. Dorothy and her friends followed the yellow brick road and visited a wonderful Emerald City, encountering all sorts of characters as they tried to meet the Wizard. The Wicked Witch of the West and her evil helpers did everything in their power to stop Dorothy. The excellent special effects brought an added magic to this colourful production, enhancing the splendid performances given by all the members of the cast. |
