STC Director
Rob’s theatrical career began with training at Astra Theatre Guild, where he learned his stage craft and performing techniques. There then followed a number of roles, covering the full spectrum of theatre — Shakespeare, Chechov, and Whitehall farce. It was while playing Bernardo in West Side Story that Rob decided his future lay in the musical theatre. His credits include Finch (How to Succeed), Harold (Music Man), Doolittle (My Fair Lady), Emile (South Pacific), Billy Flynn (Chicago), and Tevye (Fiddler on the Roof). Today his energies are taken up directing for several companies on shows such as Guys and Dolls, Oliver, Sweet Charity, Me and My Girl, Barnum, Sound of Music, and many more. He greatly enjoys directing for Spa Theatre Company and looks forward to future productions.
