Spa Theatre Company Juniors is a young, dynamic, musical theatre company. Our mission is to have a positive impact on young people’s lives by providing children with life long lessons learned through a wide range of performing arts opportunities. STCJ is dedicated to quality and to providing opportunity for involvement for the entire company.

STCJ produces one major musical each year staged at a professional theatre, usually the Bridge House Theatre in Warwick. Our calendar year is split into two halves — the first part of the year we spend 6 months rehearsing for our forthcoming show & the second part of the year we spend our time having fun and learning Drama, Dance and Music.

The last three shows we produced were Peter Pan, the Musical, Annie and, in June 2007, The Wizard of Oz.

The age range of the group is between 8–16 and we meet every Tuesday night at Aylesford School in Warwick, between 7 and 9pm.

Entry is by audition, which usually lasts about 5 minutes and takes place in front of a small panel of 3 or 4 people. We ask that you are prepared to sing, dance and read a piece of verse or prose for us. We are always on the look out for new talent to join us, so if you’re interested in Acting, Singing and Dancing, we would love to hear from you.
